Family First

I met my wife in May of 2020, during the rise of the pandemic, shutdowns, and overall chaos of that year. She was and continues to be my cheerleader and my inspiration to use my brain's wiring, my passions, my background, and my creativity to be a better man, a better husband, and a better leader. It is because of her that I began to realize just how much the world needs that kind of inspiration, that kind nudge in the right direction.

So, we began brainstorming with educators and leaders in search of an answer to problems plaguing our education system and society as a whole. Kathleen is my rock, my muse, my beloved, and soon to be mother of our first child, Morgan Hayes.

Foundations in Faith

While we know that public schools will not allow explicit biblical teachings, we also know that to stray from what we know to be truth would lead us to failure. So, we believe we can use a Christ-centered, biblical worldview to inform our curriculum and instruction in order to achieve mission success.

Ultimately, we believe we must be founded in Christ in order to properly serve others, honor God, and live out our faith. ("For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” - Mark 10:45).
